Promoting my Challenge

Promoting the proper information and instructions for your upcoming challenge is vital. Below are the most important things to include. See the attachment for more information on preparing for your Challenge. 

The two most important pieces of information to share with your user base to promote your Challenge are

1. The App's Download Link

• For JouleBug Enterprise customers this is: enterprise.joulebug.com/download
• If you are a Pro Customer with a branded app, use your app's download link, provided by your concierge

2. Login Information

• For JouleBug Enterprise customers, this is your organization's Access Code.
• For Pro Customers with custom authentication, this may be your company's internal directory or sign on method

These pieces of information should be included and emphasized in all communication to make for a smooth onboarding process for your users. 

Other pieces of information to include are more specific to your Challenge, like the start date and any incentives being offered. 

Example:

"Everyone get ready! Fun Sustainability Challenges are coming to Acme, Inc. We will be starting with an Earth Week Challenge on April 22nd!  To participate, download the Shine app: shine.joulebug.com/download and use the ACCESS CODE: acme543. Then, join your department’s team in the Acme Earth Week Challenge. Log your sustainable Actions in the app to earn points for your team, and check out the awesome prizes in the Info Section of the Challenge"
