Our goal with Fitness Challenges is to encourage folks to get moving and be active, no matter what their current fitness level is. We want everyone to feel welcome and included, which is why our platform is not just a step counter. We recognize all sorts of fitness activities that aren't necessarily based on distance or time spent.
Everyone is starting from a different level and with different abilities. Knowing this, we want to reward people who have made an effort to get up and get going, no matter how much time they are able to squeeze in or how long they can walk, run, swim etc.
