Now that you've created your Shine account, it's time to share it with the rest of your organization. Here's how:
First, Download the Shine app for your mobile device for free.
Second, make sure you know your Organization's preferred method for signing in. Those options will be either Slack, Yammer, or Email & Access Code. By default, your organization will use the method the administrator uses when claiming the free trial. Then use it to sign in.
It's that simple.
Don't worry, we've taken care of all of the explanatory details for your new members. All you have to do is invite them via the Invite step of the Trial Claim process. We'll send them a simple email that tells them all they need to know to get in.
For new organizations, we recommend using Slack or Yammer, for a few reasons:
- No new passwords to remember
- Gets the right people in, and keeps the wrong ones out.
- It makes sharing with your social networks easy
If you don't have Slack or Yammer, or prefer not to use them, signing in with Email and Access Code is easy too. Just make sure your organization members knows the access code to get in.
Did You Know: Slack and Yammer can be used in addition to Email & Access Code. This is a great way to allow guests in to your organization.
