Sometimes, when attempting to log in to the JouleBug web portal with Yammer, you may be automatically logged in to an account that is not yours. If that occurs, follow these simple steps:
Log out as the incorrect user from JouleBug web portal.
Make sure you are completely logged out of all Yammer, Microsoft or other related accounts.
Navigate back to the JouleBug web portal and refresh the page.
You are now ready to log in to the app. Click the Log in with Yammer button to start the log in process.
