Date Range
Organization/Community
Everything in the analytics section is focused on the date range specified. These dates control the scope of the page and allow you to explore your data in detail or take a step back to see the big picture.
- Default Date Range The default date range is one month leading up to the current date and based on your browser's time zone, which is displayed left of the date fields.
- Restrictions
- Max Range The max range cannot exceed a period of 13 months.
- Max Date The end date cannot be after current date.
Challenge
Challenge analytics have their date range set to the period of the challenge, and only show data for members joined to the challenge. All other activities recorded during the range will be excluded.
Graph
Controls
- Graph Type Each data set can be viewed as either a line graph (default) or a bar chart. Hovering over the line/bar will display a precise data point.
- Resolution Resolution controls how detailed the displayed data is and is set automatically to the best fit for the date range specified. The resolution can be any of the following.
- Hour
- Day
- Week
- Month
- Year
Graph Data Types
Total Logs
The Total Logs graph shows how many actions were performed during the selected date range.
Active Users
The Active Users graph shows how many users were active during the selected date range. For each data point, the graph displays the number of unique users. To view the total unique active users for the date range, refer to the Stats section.
New Users
The New Users graph shows how many new users joined your community during the selected date range.
Stats
The Stats section shows summary statistics for activity, users and impact for the specified date range.
Activity
- Total Logs shows the total number of times any Action was logged by all of your community's users within the specified date range.
- Points displays the total number of points earned by all of your community's users within the specified date range.
- Actions Mastered shows the total number of Actions that were mastered by all of your community's users within the specified date range. An Action is considered Mastered when it has been logged enough times that a habit is demonstrated.
- Unique Actions displays the number of unique of Actions logged by all of your community's users within the specified date range.
Users
- Active Users shows the total number of unique users who logged any Action within the specified date range.
- New Users shows the total number of users who joined your community for the first time within the specified date range.
- Logs per User displays the average number of Actions logged by a single user within the specified date range. It is derived by dividing the Total Logs by the total number of Active Users
- Logs per User per Day displays the average number of Actions logged by a single user for each day. It is derived by dividing the Logs per User by the number of days within the specified date range.
Impact Types - display may vary depending on Community settings
- CO2 Saved (kg) CO2 emissions saved within the specified date range.
- Waste Diverted (kg) Total weight of waste diverted from landfill within the specified date range.
- Water Saved (L) Total volume of water saved within the specified date range.
Top Users
Top Users displays the five highest scorers by total points within the specified date range.
Top Actions
Top Actions shows the five most frequently logged actions and the number of times each action was logged within the specified date range.
Top Photos
Top photos show the most liked photos within the specified date range. To view all photos, expand the view by selecting View All in the top right corner of the Top Photos section. Hovering over each photo will display the Action image, the number of Likes (with heart icon) and the number of Comments (with the speech balloon icon).
To view more detail, select a photo. Once selected, the image can be downloaded by selecting the Download Image button in the top left corner of the selected image.
