How can I delete a Photo or Caption?

If you are tying to delete a photo or a caption you have added to a Log here are the steps:

1. Find the content in your Activity feed
2. Tap on the post
3. Tap on the Photo or Caption and you should see a pop up with the option to Remove
4. Tap Remove Item
