Please follow the steps below if you are an IKEA Coworker and unable to log into IKEA Better Living successfully...
- Clear the app's cache (See Attached Documentation). Then try logging in again.
- If clearing the cache doesn’t work, you should reach out to IKEA IT and have them confirm your user is in the Active Directory with these settings:
- The tenant ID 720b637a-655a-40cf-816a-f22f40755c2c
- The Client ID d2e0dd78-0cbb-46d0-8eb7-635736176b10
- The Active Directory is synced with the cloud, not just on premise.
- If IT confirms that all of the above are set correctly for your user, please submit a ticket with a screenshot of the error message you are receiving from Microsoft, along with your device type, software version, and app version.
